Blue interior with geometric floating designs. Edge areas include frames containing geometric designs of various sizes. Cold / warm contrasting colours red, blue and orange. Made of wool. Pre-1860.

History of Artefact It is not the original rug from the Warrior, but the ship would have contained one very similar to this example. Situated in the Captain’s Day Cabin. It has been on the ship since 1987. The object is on loan from Sonia Rolt.
