The tables were some of the items that survived the fire at the Pier in 1974. There are two of them at the present time but there could have been a whole collection previously. David Bowie performed here in June 1971 and the band Genesis performed here in December 1971. ‘These acts may have used these tables as a part of their performance!’ James Fyfield |
